Wellness tips to stay healthy this fall

Time to stock up on your swimsuit and tear up your fall jackets. This season brings beautiful and changing trees, but it can also bring a cold and/or flu. Going to shorter days can be a challenge for our bodies. There are many things you can do to help maintain health during this time.



1. Make sure you have vitamin D. However, during the short months of days, it is less available. Try to eat a varied diet consisting of salmon, tuna, and milk.

2. Take time for yourself. Give yourself time to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy a massage at Finn Spa before the crazy winter season begins.

3. Strengthen your immune system. Drink plenty of water, wash your hands, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Don't forget to get a flu shot!

4. Prepare for summertime. Go to bed early if you can!
